Hi Mark, you right! Work with ZIP extension disabled is not good.
So I opened a ticket of assisance to my provider ad he solved my problem, below his answer:
Dear Customer,
about his request we give the possibility to enable the Zip library to its rule.
Please follow the instructions below to enable this library:
Access the Admin Panel and follow the path:
Linux Hosting Services -> Which version PHP
point the version of php to 5.
later still within the Administration Panel access the menu:
Linux Hosting Services -> Customizing files PHP.INI
and select zip_cgi.fix_pathinfo as an option.
Without this change please proceed with the installation using the Red button.

Now I solved, and thanks Mark for your suggestion.
