[TYPO3-english] Unable to add Scheduler task in typo3 7.6.4 on HHVM

Hi all,

I'm developing a Typo3 7 site on a VPS using HHVM (3.12.1) instead of 
php because the installed php version is too low.

However, when I try to add a task to the scheduler, instead of showing 
the form where I can configure the chosen task, the message 'No tasks 
defined yet.' appears.

Anyone having the same issue?
