[TYPO3-english] Introduction Package template files

Hi,
After several years using TYPO3 static templates I decided to attempt learning to build a website using fluid template.
To get a hint how it works I installed the Introduction Package for TYPO3 version 7.6.9. But I just can not find the template files. Where do they hide?
Alternatively, could someone recommend a step by step guide for building a fluid template for a website?
