[TYPO3-english] New Aimeos e-commerce major release 16.01

Hi TYPO3 users

We've been able to upload the new major release 16.01 to TER today :-)

The new version of the Aimeos TYPO3 extension complies to PHP standards like PSR-1, PSR-4 and PSR-7. It supports MySQL 5.7 as well as the astonishing fast PHP 7.

The extension contains a simplified administration interface based on the upcoming Bootstrap 4 and JQuery. It uses the new JSON HTTP API modeled after http://jsonapi.org/ for the advanced features of the admin interface. The ExtJS based interface which is still there for advanced editors.

Content like product images can be stored transparently in the cloud now. Aimeos supports all available adapters and can even replicate files between several clouds or between local and remote file systems.
