[TYPO3-english] Parent folder "/" does not exist. after transfer database

Hi Harald,

Often the fileadmin is offline when moving a database to another 
installation, maybe this is the case here too.

(Edit File Storage "fileadmin/ (auto-created)" on root level, tab Access).
