[TYPO3-english] install tool error

Hi,

When upgrading an 6.2 Typo3 system to the latest 6.2.26 version I get the following error:

http://www.-----.nl/typo3/sysext/install/Start/Install.php

Template could not be found at “Templates/Action/Common/InstallToolDisabled.html” 

So, I had a look at that file but that seems to be ok and is in place? So where to look for this error, where should the “Template reside? Since this Typo3 system is an upload to the server with ftp it also could be that a file is missing. But it seems more a bug to me? 
Anyone experienced this and has found a working solution? Thanks!
