Not sure why that random brings us more often to Cambodia than elsewhere. Strange random! IMHO Mirrors should not be in Countries or with domain names from those countries which just try to get their IT infrastructure working like Cambodia, Thailand, Laos etc (and don't forget the censorship and other stuff here which really makes sometimes connecting quite difficult. 

Mirrors should be in Countries with very high speed infrastructure like Taiwan, (one which is really fast here!) or Singapore. Better take that out of that "random" - People inside Cambodia might have much better speed to it but people from outside Cambodia not! The same would happen if the mirror would be in Thailand or having .th. I also tried to contact them but no reply at all!
