With TYPO3 you can do anything, at least if you programm it yourself 
(with the help of the TYPO3-API).
but if you are lucky someona had the same problem (or nearly the same) 
than you and already build an extension and gave it to the public.
the TER (TYPO3 Extension Repository) is that heap of extnsions usable 
for free for everyone.
there I have seen the extension 'browser' which you might consider to 
use. have a look in the manual and decide by yourself!
