[TYPO3-english] Sub-folder permissions

Hi guys.

So this is the thing: I installed for my users the Powermail extension. Everything's fine but they would like to restrict the access to the uploads/tx_powermail/ folder just to TYPO3 (at the moment anyone can browse there and see/edit documents).

How can I do that? What is the user which runs TYPO3? Is it just SYSTEM?
