[TYPO3-english] RealUrl rewrite gives 404 page not found

After restoring the Typo3 site from a backup made from the testsite which worked fine. It still did not work! So, there must be some error in the Vhost on the server and it indeed appeared to give a mistake. Replacing it with the “working vhost from the test-site (which again was adapted holding the domain names and alias which had the problem) made it finally work. 

So learned a lot today :)
