[TYPO3-english] spaceBefore and spaceAfter of Content Elements gone for good?

Hi Xavier,

thanks for your very detailed answer! I investigated further and found
that the fields vanish when you switch on ext Fluid Styled Content and
switch off ext "CSS styled content" as described in
https://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3.CMS/Releases/7.5/Important#Migration

When done the Install tool's Database Compare will also suggest to
remove the fields spaceBefore and spaceAfter from the database.

So it seams that they have been intentionally removed in Fluid Styled
Content CEs.
