[TYPO3-english] How to easely switch between templavoila templates

Hi,
I use templavoila.
I want to be able to switch easely between templates.
My problem is that I have infos in my typoscript template (mainly concerning CSS and JS) so I have to change the template in the page properties and in the ts template. I'd like to make just one change.
Any ideas ?
What's the best way to switch between TV templates ?
I don't want to include JS/CSS in my main HTML file, I'd prefer to load those resources with typoscript.
