Hi Martin,

We had the same problem with the crawler after updating several sites 
from to 6.2.

I finally managed to solve it by recreating the crawler configuration 
record (don't ask me why this worked.. but it did).
So delete the crawler configuration record and create a new one with 
exactly the same settings..
