So, I see, that this is not really an easy topic. And, probably, we need to change our strategy. 
E.g. have only default language contents with only one translation on a dev system, and then real content is put only on stage system during deploy without copy-paste. After deploy db should be synched back to dev.

Anyway, thank you for sharing your experience.
