[TYPO3-english] excludeAlreadyDisplayedNews tx_news Typo3 6.2

Hi,

In my layout, the list view displayed in the detail view of a news item. So
I don't need to hide the detail. And also the list view displaying after
the single view based on the HTML structure.

Still it is not work. Is there any other solution to solve this?
