Hi Nils,

What TypoScript do you use?

I tried:

[GlobalVar = TSFE: id = 432] 
page.config.additionalHeaders = HTTP / 1.1 404 Not Found 
[Global]

Where 432 is the id of the 'page not found' page

Still don't get the correct headers when checking with chrome developer tools.
