I had a little bit time today and created a very basic simple extension
as a starting point :-)

If you want to have a crack at it, download the ZIP file, and extract
the content. Make sure, you rename the directory to "be_welcome" and
store it in your TYPO3 instance under typo3conf/ext/be_welcome

Follow the instructions at github.com (see link above).

Please note: this is a very simple prototype. Maybe you can use it as a
foundation for your own work? :-)
