[TYPO3-english] Upgrade 4.7.20 src-4.7.19 to src 4.7.20

I am able to successful install a scr+dummy version., and later with a simlink not able to upgrade the version.

e.g. typo3_src 4.7.19 backend administration when I try to point from WinSCP the typo3_src (edit simlink) and change to typo3_src-4.7.20 a level above folder for upgrading the same does not work

can you please provide details. I checked the steps in youtube., but no use..

please provide me how to upgrade versions.

also from 4.7.20 to 6.x or current version 7.3.1 possible
