[TYPO3-english] htmlarea RTE - typo3 ver 7.0.2

Hi,

I just installed a new typo3 ver 7.0.2 site, applied a template etc.

When I try to add content elements 'Regular Text Element' or 'Text & Images' it only allows me to add plain text. There is no RTE htmleditor.  Ext htemlArea RTE is installed. Have I missed a setting.
PS: the usual possibility to disable formatted editing (known from ver 6.2.X) is missing to.
