Ok now i know how to do.

$this->cObj = \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\GeneralUtility::makeInstance('tslib_cObj');

$this->cObj->stdWrap($params['mobile'],$tsconfig['properties']['config.']['fields.']['telephoneCellulaire.']);

Nothing is impossible!
