[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 Newbie wants to use NEOS

Hi guys n gals,

Im a TYPO3 Newbie, I do however use Joomla and think its quite good, I do however want to expand my horizons and recently seen the NEOS webinar on PHP Television (Youtube) and fell in love with the simplicity of Neos,  I now want to try it.

I downloaded it and uploaded to my server, however did not see an installation package....

Any thoughts on what to do next?
Do I beed to install Typo3 first then add on Neos or what is the procedure.

apologies if this is a dumb Q but I couldnt find the answer  anywhere.
