[TYPO3-english] Unable to Login to Install Tool after Server Migration

Hi Markus,

just found that really stupid issue.
The installed Control Panel changed the path to the virtual host and 
made a copy.
So the changes i made were not applied.

Fixed the panel, fixed the issue.
