[TYPO3-english] Unable to Login to Install Tool after Server Migration

Hi!

No, since the password is salted and the salt is changed everytime.
Do you see anything in the server error-logs?

Please make sure that you LocalConfiguration.php contains this line, so you really see errors.
In the section 'SYS' add
'displayErrors' => 1,
