In Salted Passwords config:

All is green
basic.FE.enabled = 1
basic.FE.saltedPWHashingMethod = Portable PHP password hashing
frontend.FE.forceSalted = 0
frontend.FE.onlyAuthService = 0
frontend.FE.updatePasswd = 1

frontend.checkConfigurationFE2 gives:
No errors were found
SaltedPasswords has been configured correctly and works as expected.
The frontend is configured to use SaltedPasswords with RSA authentication.
