[TYPO3-english] typo3 6.1.3 not working properly and not upgrading after malware attack

Hi Jeetu,

Have you tried replacing the 6.1.3 resource code with fresh one from the 
repository?
Have you considered / done importing a back up?
That might be ultima ratio.
