[TYPO3-english] How should I upgrade tx_news to save categories.

Hi,
I have site on TYPO3 6.1.8 and tx_news 2.3.0. This version of plugin used table "tx_news_domain_model_category".
I need to update tx_news to 3.2.4 and TYPO3 to 6.2.18. But current vesion tx_news used system category tables.
I need to save the categories and linking them news items.   
How should I upgrade system?
