[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 6+ and accessibility

AFAIK not(*). The frontend can be made accessible by changing the template 
accordingly.
The backend is currently not fully accessible.

(*) For 4.5 there was the BLE project which resulted in the 
GovernmentPackage which was at least partly accessible.

This is a problem that will be tackled more and more in furture versions, 
however help is always welcome.
