[TYPO3-english] Special characters with powermail extension

Hey, 

 I have this known issue with special characters ( < > " & ) with the extension powermail . I am using the 1.6.9 version on typo3 4.5. I found that this issue has been fixed in 1.7 but I could nowhere find its source code. so would somebody give me its link ( github ... ) ?? . Otherwise , how can I fix that problem myself. Because I read I have to remove the call to "html_special_charcs" in two files , one of them is " pi1/class.tx_powermail_html.php" on line 1175. But for me that line has only a closing bracket. So I am asking if it possible to show me the exact line of code that needs to be changed.
