Hi Mikael,

i have several instances here on my macbook

i use NOT the Users Path, but
/Library/WebServer/Documents/typo3folder/

ok, you editet the etc/vhost iguess to your address....

with this, i had sometimes trouble....

If you use not your personal folder, but the /Library Webserver Folder,
then you have access via http://127.0.0.1/typo3folder.

But that does not seem to be the problem.

You see the typo login screen - check

Your added a backend user in the install tool - check

Install tool says - everything green....?

BUT - you cannot log in?

you set user to _www => that is correct. To edit you schould set group to admin (as you are an admin)
sudo chgrp -R admin /fileadmin
and typo3conf folder

ok, then empty the complete temp folder...

Will that help?

mit freundlichen Grüßen
Christian Platt
