just some thoughts:

have you included the correct sys_language record in root-page (id=0)?

is your realurl-configuration correct? in your example-url you have 
language en-/decoding by path segment (/en/) and by parameter (L=1)
what is the result inside of TYPO3? (you might use ext_page_params to debug)
