[TYPO3-english] "link to new url" does not work anymore (4.7.7)

Hello,
I use the version 4.7.7

I have serveral "link to new url"-pages which worked in former versions. Now the browser shows an empty page and the url is the url or the typo3-page which should process the redirect and not the url which should be set.

Do you have any idea whats going on?
