[TYPO3-english] toctoc_comments and news extension

Hi, I have tx_news and toctoc_comments at work. and ran into similar 
problems.

-Have you included the static template?
-is jquery loaded? Make sure it's not loaded twice, e.g. by another 
extension, I had a couple of issues with this...
