Same here with 6.2 LTS. Clearing the Cache via Backend and manually by deleting typo3temp/Cache/* doesn't solve it for me. Deleting the Extbase Reflection Cache helps not as well. Only uninstalling and installing the EXT solved it for me. But sometimes this bug occurs again and persists.
