[TYPO3-english] Strange behavior when moving content elements up or down

Hi,

I noticed something strange in my TYPO3 4.7.19. If i try to move content 
element that is placed in, for example normal column, down by clicking 
on pointing down arrow it ends up in right column!? Same thing happens 
if CE is in left column, but then it ends up in a normal column. Btw. 
element that i try to move is not the last element. Does anybody have an 
idea what could be wrong? Thx.!
