[TYPO3-english] Install of Typo3 6.2.5 on hosted server (Debian)

Hi Jimmy,

Running with post_max_size < 10mb (what Typo3 asks for) is completely fine.
Some of our virtual hosts run a maximum 2mb.
PHP and Mysql won't cause an issue as long as you meet the minimum system
requirements - PHP >= 5.3.7 and Mysql >= 5.1.x
