[TYPO3-english] Re: BE Users cannot login suddenly on 4.5 LTS site

I have still not found a solution to this issue. 

Viewing the be_user table, I can see that the passwords are correct  (comparing the encrypted pword with the same password set on another 4.5 LTS site.

Displaying errors produces no useful information. The Apache error log has no errors dislayed.

I disabled be_secure_pw (in localconf.php), in case that was causing an issue here, but after clearing caches found the issue is not solved.

Suggestions would be welcome.
