Thank you for your answer!

I removed everything from the typo3temp/Cache/ directory. 

The backend works now at like 98%. When i click on "Filelist" it only shows a blank page. Thats the only thing i saw, which is not working.

The frontend shows only white pages, everywhere i go (Via the view tab in the backend).

I'm not sure, but i think the template is ok.

What do i have to do now to get it working?
