[TYPO3-english] Error while fetching permissions

Hi

I am in the porgress of upgrading from 4.2 to 6.2.4, and have been for a while.
Right now I'm working on the final step and as expected there is some things that does not work right away.
I think I have figured out most of the issues, but I have a few left.
The biggest one is related to filelist and images and I think they are related.

When selecting "Filelist" or "Images" I get:
"Oops an error occurred.
Error while fetching permissions"
.. in the middle bane

In the right I see some of the storage points defined, but at least one is missing.

This is also the location the tt_news using for images and all images on news are missing too.

I have tre locations /fleadmin, /typo3temp and /uploads

The images missing seem to be located under Uploads.
I am able to access the images in a browser using the direct URL.

Installer says that all permission are right.

Any suggestions?

I also have a problem making indexed search work. I can do a search but nothing is found, but I will get back to that later :)
