[TYPO3-english] Minifying JS and CSS, good tools or extensions?

Just test for yourself, switch the pairs and run via webdeveloper 
toolbar -> Information, View Document Size (can take a while).

It's kinda weird, doing this with a site with a foundation.css gives 
vice versa result swithing these lines, compared to a site with a 
bootstrap.css
