[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 6.2.2 and UTF8 file system: [SYS][systemLocale]

Hi!

Ext4 is a utf8 filesystem. So you config should be:

[SYS][UTF8filesystem] = true
[SYS][systemLocale] = 'en_US.utf8'
