[TYPO3-english] [TYPO3_6-2] fe session cookie lifetime not working. In 6.1.7 Yes

Hi TYPO3 Friends,
i try on TYPO3 6.2 Master a Frontend Login with felogin + Permalogin 
(just normal) and this should not working as it works in TYPO3 < 6.7.
Both systems on same Server (uberspace.de)

LocalConfiguration.php Setup

[FE][lockIP] = 2
[FE][lifetime] = 84600
[FE][sessionDataLifetime] = 84600
[FE][permalogin] = 2
[FE][maxSessionDataSize] = 10000
[FE][cookieDomain] = domain.com
[FE][cookieName] = domain_fe_user

Result = Expires/max age = session
Close Browser need relogin, Tested @ Ubuntu/chrome & Firefox

Same Setup in TYPO3 6.1.7 it works.
There are some big changes in 6.2 with session cookies?
