[TYPO3-english] Typo3 6.1.7 Dummy package installer failed

Ok, confirmed.

The installer tool of typo3 v 6.1.7 does not work with PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.5,
for some reason it works on PHP 5.4 (Thanks Michael now at least I can go
on with my task).

I will report the bug.
