[TYPO3-english] Typo3 6.1.7 Dummy package installer failed

Dear Gonzalo,

I wanted to answer, because I had exactly the same problem. The thing is
that I am far from a Typo3 expert and I don't remember whether I fixed this
with writing permissions for the necessary folders (typo3temp, typo3conf,
typo3conf/ext, typo3/ext, uploads, fileadmin) or by manually fixing the
login to the database in LocalConfiguration.php or another small thing. Can
you access you database through for instance phpmyadmin?
