[TYPO3-english] Typo3 6.1.7 Dummy package installer failed

Hello there,

I am wondering if I'm the only one with this problem:

1) unzip typo3_src+dummy-6.1.7.zip file
2) Create an empty DB + User
3) Start the installer wizard and in Step 3, after click on "Import"  you
get this error:

"The database is still empty. There are no tables!
Go to Step 3 and import a database!"

After that, I've checked the DB and there are tables in there. If you try
to open the website you get the error screen (Oops, an error occurred!)
with no PHP exceptions logged anythere.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
