[TYPO3-english] No style in forms (like tt_news) after saving

Hi folks, 

When I'm editing any form (for example purposes, a tt_news form), after saving, the webpage is without css or something wrong with the form interface like this: bit.ly/1m35JAA 

Anyone know how can I fix this or at least identify what's wrong?

Typo3 4.4.4 (no way to upgrade)
The client complaims that in other server it's all working
