It's my first month on TYPO3, I've worked a lot on Joomla...

1. In the backend, I tried to create a new page (Careers), like the other for the menu, with extended properties : - Page Template Structure : Inner page - Use Template Design : with menu. 
I insert screenshots links, please copy past in your navigator ( "You cannot use links until you have posted more than 3 messages." ) :(

There is no menu button in the backend...

2. With Chrome Inspect element, I checked the code for one menu button, "Contact us" for example:
