[TYPO3-english] Multidomain bootstrap package installation, css not written completely

Hi,

TYPO3 6.2.3 and bootstrap package 6.2.2.

This installation has two different domains and the second one uses the 
same styles as the first one. It is kind of sister company for the first 
so we want to use the same stylesheet and template. This we do by 
importing the template to the second site with "Include Basis Template" 
and then we just modify the parts we want to.

The links to the stylesheets work ok, so I can open the compressed 
stylesheet in both sites, but the css is different. It seems like the 
bootstrap package styles and the manually added styles in the first 
domain template are not included in the css file in the second site.

What have I missed?
