Okay, I got it. Did you know that using \TYPO3\CMS\Core\Utility\ExtensionManagementUtility::addPageTSConfig() in ext_tables.php will not be cached and just available if cache is disabled or cleared? Well, you know it now! ;-) Instead you should put those lines to ext_localconf.php. 

What a stupid mistake, I need holidays ^^
