[TYPO3-english] typo3 6.2 - realurl 1.12.8 help

Hello, my name is Branislav, i just registered at mail list :) .

i installed fresh typo3 6.2 for some small website and installed realURL. i fallowed steps in manual to set it up. Problem is that it will not display rewritten url’s (home.html…) it displays index.php?id=1,2,3… when i type by hand home.html it works :/. that is installation on live website, i tried to make it on localhost on 2 different typo3 installations and i got 2 similar problems:

1. links on one localhost was written properly but when i clicked on link i got page not found
2. on second installation links was not rewritten (same like live website) and when i typed page names by hand they did not work.

i tried it with changing htaccess form all 3 locations and from introduction package i downloaded on previous installation i tested t3 6.2 problem was the same. i tried changing realurl config file from all test sites and live website ( with changing values like root page_id that are unique to each installation )

i am trying to make it work for 2 weeks now, searched forums, lists….. hope i did not leave something out. if someone had the same problem and fixed it some info how it was fixed will is appreciated.
