(- get ssh-access)
- clear all caches
- make a database-dump
- make a tar-ball from /fileadmin /uploads /typo3conf

- install typo3 (same version than origin server)
- restore database
- restore files
-  modify typo3conf/localconf.php or typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php 
for correct database access

make local updates
